Mix any sizes toward your minimum — or order just one.
You don't have to order 12 of every size. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces total, and those 12 can be any mix of sizes — 3 small, 5 medium, 2 large, 2 XL still hits the minimum. You pay one setup/screen charge for the design, not one per size, and extended-size upcharges are applied automatically in your cart. Want a single shirt instead? Full-color DTF and heat-press vinyl have a 1-piece minimum with no setup fee.

How much does it cost to embroider a name on a work shirt?
Name-only embroidery adds $4–$7 per shirt after a one-time digitizing fee. Company-logo embroidery on top of name embroidery is priced per shirt.
Do you print for construction crews and job sites?
Yes — heavyweight tees, long-sleeve UV shirts, hoodies and hi-vis vests for construction crews. Bulk pricing for crews of 20+.
Can you set up a uniform reorder program for our company?
Yes — artwork, sizes and preferred garments on file. New hires get their kit in a week; reorders take a two-line email.
Do you print mechanic and auto shop work shirts?
Yes — traditional two-tone mechanic shirts, embroidered name patches and shop logos. Ask about Red Kap and Dickies options.
What's the turnaround on embroidered work uniforms?
Standard is 12–15 business days after art approval and digitizing. Rush is available for new-hire kits when timing is tight.
Do you offer FR (flame-resistant) or ANSI-compliant safety apparel?
We source ANSI Class 2 and Class 3 hi-vis; FR gear on request through our workwear channels. Tell us the spec and we'll match it.
Can you invoice on Net 30 for established contractor accounts?
Yes — Net 30 available for established construction, plumbing, electrical and trade accounts after the first order.
Do you print delivery driver, warehouse and logistics uniforms?
Yes — driver polos, warehouse tees, dispatcher hoodies and forklift-driver hi-vis vests for logistics teams.
Can you add name patches, department tags and truck numbers?
Yes — individual names on each shirt with department, truck number or crew ID. We handle the name list from a spreadsheet.
