Screen-print volume pricing
Save up to −84% at 1,200+ pieces
Screen-printing per-piece rates drop sharply with volume. Rates below are add-on to the blank garment price — the garment itself stays the same per piece. Setup is a one-time $55 per color, per design (charged once per screen, not per shirt).

Other print methods — flat per-piece rate
DTF, embroidery and vinyl are billed at a flat per-piece rate — no volume discount, but also no color-count limits and (for DTF and vinyl) no setup fees or minimums.

Small print zones (chest, sleeve, cap side) on DTF, embroidery and vinyl are billed at 60% of the full-size per-piece rate.
Minimums & setup fees
Minimum of one for custom printing — and mixed sizes always count.
Full-color DTF, heat-press vinyl and blank garments have a 1-piece minimum and $0 setup fee, so you can order a single custom shirt without a bulk commitment. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces with a $55-per-color screen charge, and embroidery starts at 6 pieces with a $45 one-time digitizing fee.

Mixed sizes don't cost extra. Your 12 screen-printed pieces can be any mix of sizes from youth through 5XL. The combined quantity sets your volume tier, you pay one setup charge for the design instead of one per size, and extended-size upcharges are applied automatically in the cart.

Structured caps and beanies are embroidery-only. Athletic performance fabrics (jerseys, moisture-wicking polos) are best in DTF or embroidery — screen ink doesn't cure well on those blends.
