1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CC Print ("CC Print", "we", "us"), a small custom apparel and print business located in Long Beach, California. By browsing this site, creating an account, submitting a form, or placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and CC Print agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 16 or older, or a business, to place an order.
  • Please provide accurate, current, complete information (name, contact info, billing/shipping address). Keeping it up to date is your responsibility.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site, abuse our staff, submit fraudulent orders, or violate these Terms.

3. Orders, proofs, and approval

Every custom order gets a digital proof. Please review it carefully — spelling, artwork, colors, placement, sizes, and quantities. Approving the proof is the go-ahead for production and locks the order: once approved, the order is final, is not eligible for cancellation or refund, and waives claims about anything visible on that proof.

Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If we make a verifiable production error against the approved proof, our sole and exclusive remedy is a free reprint of the defective pieces reported within 5 business days of delivery.

4. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice.
  • Custom orders are paid in full at checkout. Production starts after payment clears and you approve the proof.
  • California sales tax is added where required. Resale certificate holders — see Shipping & Returns.
  • Quoted prices are good for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Sudden material or wholesale price swings may require re-quoting.
  • Chargebacks filed after proof approval will be disputed with your card issuer. Please contact us first — we would rather fix the problem than pay dispute fees.

5. Intellectual property & your artwork

By uploading artwork, logos, text, or any other content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have the legal right to reproduce it on merchandise. You grant CC Print a limited license to use that content solely to fulfill your order.

You agree to indemnify and hold CC Print harmless against any third-party claims (including attorneys' fees) arising from artwork you supply that infringes a trademark, copyright, right of publicity, or any other right. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe someone else's rights.

Portfolio use. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before your job ships, CC Print may photograph finished work and use those photos on our website, portfolio, and social channels. Just email us if you'd like your job kept private.

The CC Print name, logo, site design, and copy are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CC Print's total liability arising out of or related to any order or your use of the site is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including missed deadlines caused by shipping carriers, weather, supplier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Privacy notice

This Privacy Notice describes what we collect, why, and what your rights are. CC Print is the data controller. We designed this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.

What we collect

  • Identifiers & contact info — name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses.
  • Order info — products, sizes, quantities, uploaded artwork, proofs, order history, notes to production.
  • Payment info — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation and last four digits; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, cart contents. Collected via cookies and analytics tools.
  • Communications — emails, texts, and voicemails you send us, and our responses.

How we use it

  • Fulfill your order, produce your proof, ship your goods.
  • Answer your questions, send quotes, and coordinate pickup or delivery.
  • Contact you about your inquiry and remarket to you — that is, send follow-up emails, texts, and targeted ads about products, promotions, and design services that we think you'll care about, based on what you looked at, asked about, or bought.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, proof-ready notifications, shipping updates). These are not marketing and can't be opted out of while an order is active.
  • Detect fraud, prevent chargebacks, and comply with our legal obligations.
  • Improve the site, catalog, and customer experience.

Marketing consent

By submitting a form, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree that CC Print may contact you about your inquiry and send you marketing emails and, if you provide a mobile number, marketing SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link at the bottom of every email and from SMS by replying STOP. This does not affect transactional messages about active orders.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit what they can do with it:

  • Payment processors (e.g. Stripe)
  • Shipping carriers (USPS and others as needed)
  • Email & SMS platforms
  • Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Advertising and remarketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta)
  • Hosting, database, and backend providers
  • Legal or regulatory bodies where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal request

Data retention

  • Order and tax records are retained for at least 7 years for accounting and tax law.
  • Uploaded artwork is retained for the life of your account so you can reorder easily.
  • Marketing lists are retained until you unsubscribe or we determine you're no longer an active customer.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child gave us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it's used:

  • Essential cookies — required for the cart, checkout, and logged-in features. Always on.
  • Analytics cookies — help us see which pages are popular and where things break (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Advertising / remarketing cookies & pixels — used by Google Ads and Meta to show you relevant ads about our products on other sites and apps.

The cookie banner on your first visit lets you accept all cookies or keep only essential ones. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break the shop.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as an opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you're a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. tax records).
  • Opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (remarketing).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email hello@lbcprint.co with the subject line "Privacy Request" and enough detail to verify your identity (we'll match against your order history). We'll respond within 45 days as required by law.

10. Prohibited content & conduct

CC Print is a small, family-friendly business, and we reserve the right to decline any job. We will not print artwork that is:

  • Infringing on someone else's trademark, copyright, or right of publicity
  • Hateful, harassing, threatening, or targets a protected group
  • Sexually explicit or obscene
  • Promoting illegal activity or violence

If we cancel a job after starting due to prohibited content, deposits and setup fees are non-refundable to cover time and materials already spent.

You also agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or its security.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our business, products, or laws change. When we do, we'll bump the "Last revised" date at the top. Material changes will be posted here at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after the effective date means you accept the update.
