Mix sizes within your minimum. You don't need 12 of every size.
Screen printing at CC Print starts at 12 total pieces — and those 12 can be any mix of sizes from youth through 5XL. One design, one setup charge, one volume tier. Need fewer than 12? Full-color DTF and heat-press vinyl have a minimum of one item with no setup fee.
How mixed-size ordering works
- 1
Pick your garment and print method
Every product page shows the real minimum for the method you choose — 12 for screen printing, 6 for embroidery, 1 for DTF, vinyl, and blanks.
- 2
Switch on “Mixed sizes”
A per-size quantity grid opens. Enter how many of each size you need; the running total tells you when you've hit the minimum.
- 3
Watch the price update live
Combined quantity sets your volume tier, so mixed sizes earn the same discount as identical ones. Extended-size upcharges are added per size, automatically.
- 4
One setup charge, not one per size
Screens are burned per design and ink color. Splitting your run across five sizes doesn't add a dollar of setup.
- 5
The size run follows the order
Your breakdown appears in the cart, in your emailed receipt, and on the shop's work order — so what's printed is exactly what you asked for.
Example size run
A 12-piece screen print, five different sizes.
| Size | Qty |
|---|---|
| Small | 3 |
| Medium | 4 |
| Large | 3 |
| X-Large | 1 |
| 2XL | 1 |
| Total | 12 — minimum met |
One screen charge for the design. The 2XL carries its blank upcharge; every other size is the same per-piece price. No penalty for spreading the run across sizes.

Sports teams
A 12-player roster is never 12 mediums. Order the exact size run your athletes wear, add names and numbers, and still hit the screen-print minimum.

Can I mix sizes to reach the 12-piece screen printing minimum?
Yes. The minimum is 12 total pieces of the same garment and design — not 12 of each size. 3 small, 5 medium, 2 large and 2 XL adds up to 12 and qualifies.
Do I pay an extra screen or setup charge for each size?
No. The screen/setup charge is per design and per ink color, not per size. Mixing sizes never adds a setup fee.
Does mixing sizes hurt my volume discount?
No. Your combined quantity across all sizes sets the volume tier, so 12 mixed sizes get the same per-piece price as 12 identical shirts.
How are 2XL and larger sizes priced?
Extended sizes carry the blank manufacturer's upcharge, which is applied automatically per size in your cart. You always see the total before you check out.
What if I need fewer than 12 pieces?
Use full-color DTF or heat-press vinyl — both have a 1-piece minimum and no setup fee, so you can order any quantity from one shirt up.
Can I change the size breakdown after adding to the cart?
Yes. The size run is editable right in the cart — bump a medium to a large or add an XL and your total updates instantly.
