Which print methods have a minimum?
Screen printing starts at 12 pieces (with a screen/setup charge per color) because screens have to be burned for each color. Embroidery starts at 6 pieces with a $45 digitizing setup. DTF, heat-press vinyl, and blank garments have no minimum and no setup fee.
Is a single DTF shirt as durable as screen printing?
For everyday wear, yes — DTF prints are soft, full-color, and hold up through repeated washing. Screen printing becomes cheaper per piece once you're ordering a dozen or more of the same design.
Can I order one shirt as a sample before a bulk run?
That's one of the most common reasons people order a single piece. Print one DTF sample to check the garment, size, and art placement, then come back and screen print the full run.
Do you print one-off shirts for Long Beach customers same week?
